    I love this time of year, when the plans for the holiday season are under way. Regardless of what tradition you follow, the holiday spirit during this time is festive, the shopping, the trimmings, the food….I guess it’s the time of seeing the current year coming to an end and the upcoming vacation time (if you have any) that will provide a chance to rest up a bit. Love it!

    I was on my way home from shopping the other day, driving past a city park, and saw what appeared to be people who were homeless. On this particular day I noticed it much more than I had in the past. The image caused me to reflect on how blessed I am to actually have a home to live in, something I know that can easily be taken for granted.
