Doug Maxfield is a Director of Client Services for Global Novations serving clients globally. Based just outside of the San Francisco Bay Area, Doug works with clients to understand their business needs and implement solutions in selecting, engaging and developing employees and leaders.
Doug’s deep background in organization development and consulting enables him to establish strong value-added partnerships with his clients. Some of Doug’s clients include Intel Corporation, Microsoft, Amgen Inc., Agilent Technologies, Cadence Design Systems, PG&E Corporation and the United States Navy.
Prior to joining Global Novations, Doug was a manager of Sales Operations and Training at a Bay Area software company. In this position, Doug directed efforts to develop the sales force, implement a sales force automation system, and educate partners on company solutions.
Doug was previously a Principal Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, managing the end-user training efforts associated with large ERP system implementations. Major client industries included high-tech, biotech, apparel and footwear, and food processing.
Doug has a Master of Organizational Behavior degree from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Information Systems from Brigham Young University
