Kim Post is Vice President, Talent Optimization Solutions, for Global Novations. She leads the organization’s talent optimization solutions which encompass the complete employee life-cycle from recruitment to retention and development to advancement and transition.
Kim specializes in cross-cultural coaching, with a special focus on senior leadership. She helps employees and their managers/key leaders build extraordinarily effective working relationships, built on trust and clear, culturally appropriate communication. Kim has a personal passion for the advancement of under-represented groups in the workplace, and for improving leaders’ ability to manage a culturally diverse, multi-generational workforce.
For more than 20 years, Kim has worked with professional services firms and Fortune 500 companies across North America and around the world. Kim joined Global Lead (now Global Novations) 15 years ago from Career Development Services in Rochester, NY, where she designed and launched the first nationwide partner relocation career assistance program for the Eastman Kodak Company. While at Career Development Services, Kim assisted senior leaders with career pathing, strategic networking, selling, and other career development strategies.
Kim holds a BS from the American University and an M.Ed. in Consulting Psychology from Georgia State University in Atlanta. She studied in Spain at the University of Valencia and holds a number of psychological certifications.
Kim has presented workshops in the areas of career development, talent optimization, diversity and inclusion, and diversity metrics.
