Michael C. Hyter (Mike) is the President and Management Partner of Global Novations. He was previously President & CEO of Novations Group, Inc. After a 19-year career at the Dayton Hudson Corporation, where he held a wide range of human resources and management positions, he joined J. Howard & Associates (now Global Novations) in 1996. He was attracted to the organization because of its mission of developing talent and helping organizations increase the yield of their employees. In 1999, he was promoted to a managing director; in 2001, he was named President & CEO of J. Howard & Associates; and in 2006 he became President and CEO of Novations Group, Inc.
His book, The Power of Inclusion: Unlock the Potential and Productivity of Your Workforce, co-authored with Judith Turnock, was published by Wiley in 2006. He has been profiled in several publications and has published articles in 2004 Handbook of Business Strategy, Director’s Monthly, Profiles in Diversity Journal, and Inc.
Mike serves on the board of the Executive Leadership Council and the Citi Performing Arts Center (formerly the Wang Center) in Boston. He resides in Miami, FL.
