Oris Stuart is the CEO and Managing Partner of Global Novations, LLC. Recognized as a skilled leader, creative strategist and dynamic and effective facilitator, Oris is an organizational, strategic and technology consulting veteran who has helped lead the formation of Global Novations into one of the world’s leading talent management organizations.
His industry experience includes work with financial service, utility, quick service restaurant, retail, professional service and health care organizations. Prior to joining Global Novations, Oris had a distinguished career as a senior business manager, strategy consultant and technology leader for such organizations as Wingspan Technology, where he served as Senior Vice President, Business Development, Providian Direct Insurance, where he served as Vice President and led the $130 million per year Partner Marketing Group and Deloitte Touche, where he served as a Manager in their consulting practice.
Oris graduated from the University of Virginia with an electrical engineering degree and holds a MBA degree from Duke University where he was a Fuqua Scholar and a National Black MBA Scholarship recipient. He currently serves on the Board of Global Novations, LLC and the Spring School of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA. He is a past Board Member of the Ridley Scholarship Fund of the University of Virginia.
