Paul Terry is Vice President for Global Partnerships for Global Novations (formerly Novations Group, Inc.).
Paul has responsibility for leading the evaluation, selection, development and coordination of Global Novations’ reseller partnerships in Latin America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Additionally, Paul has led research engagements in the U.S., Brazil, and Asia on workforce demographics, behavior, and contribution.
Paul has led engagements with clients such as Pfizer, Blockbuster, Inverness Medical Innovations, WellPoint, General Mills, Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO) and Citrix Online. He also was a client of Global Novations for many years. He enjoys helping organizations align their business strategy with their people practices and systems. He has authored several Four Stages® of Contribution articles in the areas of performance management and succession planning, and is a major contributor to the upcoming book version of the collected Four Stages Research findings.
Prior to joining Global Novations, Paul was Vice President of Human Resources for a global division of Emerson. He also spent four years with Exxon (now ExxonMobil) in a variety of human resource roles. His background covers all aspects of human resources and includes experience in leading strategic human resource efforts in Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Paul has an M.B.A., and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Brigham Young University, and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
