    Several months ago, I stepped into the cube of a friend whom I’ll call Jack at a large US-based high-tech company. Jack started with this company as a security guard while attending college.     My family and I watched “The Blind Side” recently – the true story of a homeless young man, seemingly not very intelligent or capable, who turned out to be rather extraordinary when a family showed love for and interest in him. I consider this a “miracle story” that highlights the mindset of “capacity building”.
